Recently I have wanted to challenge myself to wear brighter lip colours rather than staying safe with the nude and beige shades. I wanted to play around with different styles of makeup and clothing so a bright lip colour would help me start.
The packaging on for this product is very simple yet looks elegant. The main colour of the packaging is more red than the lipstick shade but isn't actually off by much.
I love the shade as it's a bright pink coral colour and fits its name quite nicely. I would wear this colour with a nice white dress and Topshops 'Flamingo Coral' nail polish to a evening meal out.
The quality of this product is outstanding. It is very pigmented and stays on your lips for hours, that is unless you decide to rub it off or have a drink. For the best application Maybelline recommends you apply to clean, dry lips.
